The Brief

BDO have recently started offering a new cybersecurity service to protect their clients from the growing global cybercrime problem. The BDO team asked us to produce a video to drive interest into their new service, which would educate their prospective clients about cybersecurity, and how BDO can help organisations comply with government cybersecurity , whilst simultaneously safeguarding themselves against these attacks.

What We Delivered

Lineout Media assisted the BDO team in creating a script and storyboard to make sure the animations messaging was clear and powerful. Our graphic design team and animators then started to create a few different scenes allowing the client to understand our vision and tone for the animation, before commencing into animating the full video. A voice over artist was selected, and the script recorded. After several small client tweaks, the final video was rendered and delivered to BDO, ready for them to upload to their site and YouTube channel.

The Brief

RTX asked us to produce a video for them detailing their new flagship service Fast Pay and how it will change how the industry does business. The video was to look professional in order to be presented to clients as part of a new marketing campaign, and make the RTX staff feel approachable and personable.

What We Delivered

The video was filmed at RTX's London offices and makes the company look modern, clean and vibrant. A fast turn around was required on the edit and so a draft was provided within 2 days, and was signed off with some minor changes the following day. The large amount of exterior windows made for a challenging shooting environment so a Arri M18 was used to achieve even lighting with changing daylight throughout the day.

The Brief

Epson UK asked us to produce a video demonstrating how the Epson retail printing solution in collaboration with their partners Naxtech www.food-ordering.co.uk system was helping end customer Red Dragon Takeaway compete with large online takeaway ordering system that were taking huge shares of commission reducing profitability.

What We Delivered

A two day shoot on location at the Red Dragon customer site and Epson HQ, coupled with a quick turn around edit, with some simple motion graphics, makes for an interesting customer testimonial and product usage video. The video was filmed using our Blackmagic URSA camera and Canon Prime Lenses.

BDO Conference Opener Case Study

The Brief

The brief of this project was to create a high impact lively video to kick start BDO’s annual conference. BDO is one of the largest public accountancy networks in the world and they wanted something punchy, informative and intriguing whilst showcasing the company’s overall success stories.

What We Delivered

These stories were delivered through informal interviews with BDO’s clients and their relationship partners in a number of different BDO locations, including Australia, Canada, USA and Argentina. Different festival backgrounds were green-screened in for each segment to create distinction, and the opening and transition sections were created using exciting motion graphics animations, including the client’s existing #ELEVEATEBDO branding and graphics to give the feeling of a live feed. Lineout Media coordinated the entire project, from issuing both the creative and technical briefs for local crews, through editing the entire footage, to creating the final product.
